A quick and easy basting and drizzling sauce that adds SO MUCH FLAVOR to chicken, turkey or pork.
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 medium cloves garlic, minced or crushed through a garlic press
Combine all ingredients and reserve about half of the sauce in another bowl to serve at table. Brush or spoon the sauce over turkey, pork or chicken on the grill, when you first put it on the grill and then every time you turn it.
Let diners drizzle a little of the reserved sauce over their serving of meat at the table.
